Lost passports, complaints from tourism service providers, reports of bank incident and legal advice are some of the services available to tourists, both national and foreign, by downloading the Guest Assist App.
Of course, they will also find the main emergency numbers for health, safety and civil protection (911), Federal Police (088), anonymous report (089), tourist information and road assistance (078), and it has also a line to obtain more information in a personalized way.
Users can download the Guest Assist App through the Google Play or App Store, and it is activated by providing their personal data (name, email, age, gender, and country).
